GDL Property Services was started in 2017. Since that time, we have grown leaps and bounds with the level and amount of services that we offer. Each and every one of GDL’s employees undergoes an extensive training program for all that we offer. <p>Jason has been in the Property Service Industry for the last 18 years. He started GDL in 2017 with the idea to keep the summers a little busier line painting but had no idea how far and fast the company would grow. When he’s not at the office, you can find him on the golf course, at the hockey game, or spending time with his young family.</p><p> </p><p>Jason’s favorite thing about working with GDL…Building all the great relationships over the years with his clients and being a reliable partner with all of their maintenance needs.</p>

<p>Evan has been in the Business for 17 years and has been working alongside Jason for the better part of 12 years. As the General Manager for GDL, Evan is responsible for overseeing all of the different divisions of GDL making sure that all the equipment is kept in great shape and all the staff are focused and motivated. When Evan’s not busy planning our next big power wash or line painting job, you can find him at the Golf Course or chilling out on his awesome rood top patio at home.</p><p> </p><p>Evan’s favorite thing about working with GDL…planning a big power washing job and watching it go off without a hitch.</p>

<p>Ian came over the GDL when Canadian Pro Clean was acquired. Ian has been in the window cleaning business for 4 years. Ian’s role is client management and trying to convince Jason to pass along some of his long time clients! When Ian’s not hitting the phones or chassing down leads you can find him on the ball field, golf course or jamming with his band mates.<br />Ian’s favorite thing about GDL…meeting all the new GDL clients, learning all the new services that GDL offers and of course playing golf on the bosses time and dime. </p>

Lee has been with GDL right from the start and has been working with Jason for 9 years. Lee is responsible for making sure the parking lots we service are cleaned and painted to 100% perfection. When Lee isn’t hammering out lines on a parking lot you can find him hanging out with his son at a local campsite.Lee’s favourite thing about working with GDL…driving up to a dirty building with dull lines and leaving it looking fresh and clean.

<p>Kory has been with GDL since it acquired SVR Power Sweeping. Kory is responsible for making sure that GDL’s lot sweeping division is in tip-top shape. When Kory isn’t sweeping the lots clean, you can find him in his garage working on his latest car project. Kory’s favourite thing about working with GDL…taking care of all of the sweeping trucks and making sure they are running clean and mean.</p>

Stacey has been with GDL since the start and has been Jason’s right hand lady for the last 9 years. As the Controller of the company, Stacey is in charge of making sure all the invoices go out in time, that the cheques are cashed in the right place and she keeps Jason from getting into Quick Books and messing things up! In her free time you can find Stacey spending time with her three daughters and her wonderful grandson Jaxson.
Stacey’s favorite thing about working with GDL…keeping the office running smoothly and all the great people on the GDL Team.
